The Hak ve Eşitlik Partisi ( HEPAR , German: "Party for Law and Equality") is a nationalist splinter party in Turkey . In contrast to the Milliyetçi Hareket Partisi, it rejects conservatism and advocates modern nationalism .
The founder is ex-general Osman Pamukoğlu , who is best known for his role in the war against the banned underground organization PKK . The party's emblem is an "Anatolian eagle" in a sun.
In the 2011 parliamentary elections , the party received 124,415 votes (0.29%). In the 2014 local elections , she received 40,448 votes (0.12%).
