Witold Wojtkiewicz (born December 29, 1879 in Warsaw ; † June 14, 1909 there ) was a Polish painter, draftsman and graphic artist. His works show features of Art Nouveau, Symbolism and Expressionism.

His father, a cashier at the Warsaw commercial bank, disapproved of the son's artistic interest, and his mother was busy looking after eleven children. Nevertheless Wojtkiewicz studied at the Warsaw School of Drawing and 1903-1904 at the Cracow Art Academy with Leon Wyczółkowski . Before that, he began studying at the Petersburg Art Academy in 1902 , but interrupted it after eight days.

In 1905 Wojtkiewicz joined the artist group, which also included Leopold Gottlieb and Vlastimil Hofman .

He was friends with Tadeusz Boy-Żeleński and took part in the Krakow cabaret "The Green Balloon" (Zielony Balonik), which he founded.

He wrote satirical texts for the weekly "Kolce" (Die Dorne).

Wojtkiewicz also dealt with book graphics. His works showed an individual character, with ornate, capricious lines.

His works exhibited in Berlin have been highly rated by Maurice Denis and André Gide . Gide organized an individual exhibition for Wojtkiewicz in the Paris gallery Druet.

Wojtkiewicz died prematurely at the age of 29 as a result of a congenital, incurable heart disease.
