Stardust galaxies

Stardust Galaxies is the fourth studio album by the South African rock band The Parlotones . It was released during their world tour on October 30, 2009 and sold 20,000 times in South Africa in the first week. The album received the gold record in its own country. After a month the album went platinum ; in the meantime, Stardust Galaxies has even reached double platinum and is thus the band's most successful album.

On June 4, 2010, a week before the 2010 Soccer World Cup , Stardust Galaxies was also sold in Europe . The new release contains both the ARD World Cup song Come Back as Heroes and a bonus CD with six songs that are included on the album Radiocontrolledrobot . In Germany , the album hit the charts straight away. There the album took 75th place. Her single Life Design was also in the German charts (number 84).

Stardust Galaxies was released by Sovereign Entertainment .

The Parlotones won two titles at the South African Music Awards (SAMA). The music video for the song Push Me To The Floor was recognized as best music video and Stardust Galaxies as best album.
