Hakim Syed Zillur Rahman (born July 1, 1940 in Bhopal , India ) is an Indian professor of Unani medicine at Aligarh Muslim University and President of the Ibn Sina Academy of Medieval Medicine & Sciences in Aligarh (India).

life and work

Hakim Syed Zillur Rahman made vital contributions to Unani medicine and is now an authority in the field. He is one of the few doctors who made Unani medicine known worldwide. He is the author of over 200 publications and 25 books and organizer of international conferences and has received a wide variety of academic and national awards.
