Haley Dyan Ishimatsu (born September 10, 1992 in Bellflower ) is an American diver . She starts in 10 m high diving and with Mary Beth Dunnichay in 10 m synchronized diving .

She took part in the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 and reached 14th place from the 10-meter tower in the semifinals, in the 10-meter synchronized jumping she was fifth with Dunnichay. Her greatest success so far was winning the silver medal at the 2009 World Championships in Rome in 10 m synchronized jumping.

She was also successful at the 2007 Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro . She won silver from the tower and bronze in the synchronizing competition.

Ishimatsu has Japanese roots, but the family is now the fourth generation to live in the USA. Her sister Victoria is also a successful national diver.
