Half Past Whatever is an Austrian pop rock band from Innsbruck , Tyrol . The group won the Austria-wide Red Bull Brandwagen Bandcontest in 2011. Many of their songs have mostly emotional content, especially topics such as homophobia and same-sex love , caused by the homosexuality of singer Katy Hustwick, are often featured.

In the summer of 2011, the group recorded their first studio album, Anything The Redhead Said , which was released in December 2011. In 2012 the band made it into the pre-finals of the protest song contest with the Little Peace Song .
