Halgurd Mulla Mohammed ( Arabic هلكورد ملا محمد; * March 11, 1988 in Mosul ) is an Iraqi soccer player of Kurdish descent. His position is in wing play and attack . He is the younger brother of Hawar Mulla Mohammed , who also plays football professionally.
At the age of 16, Halgurd began his career in 2004 with Sulaimaniyya FC, the club from the northern Iraqi city of Sulaimaniyya . In 2009 he moved to three-time Iraqi champions Arbil FC .
Like his older brother, he plays in the Iraqi national team . He made his debut in a friendly against Jordan in 2007 and the game ended 1-1. He has now made seven international appearances for Iraq. In 2008 he was nominated for the Viva World Cup 2008 in the Kurdish soccer team . At the tournament he scored three goals in five games.
