Tommaso Cacciapuoti

Tommaso Cacciapuoti (* 1971 in West Berlin ) is an Italian - Finnish actor .

Life

Tommaso Cacciapuoti was born to an Italian father and a Finnish mother. From 1992 to 1995 he completed an acting training at the acting school of Maria Körber , the acting studio Maria Körber, in Berlin . While still a drama student, he played roles in the RTL - soap operas Good times, bad times and below us .

From 2004 his continuous career on German television began. Cacciapuoti took on several continuous series roles, recurring episode roles and guest roles. From 2004 he played the role of Leo in the ARD television series Dr. Sommerfeld - News from the Bülowbogen . Cacciapuoti also gained fame in the role of Chief Police Officer Fabian Brandt in the ARD television series Großstadtrevier , where he played alongside Jan Fedder and Peter Heinrich Brix .

Cacciapuoti also worked in a few short films and cinema productions , including a small role in The Cloud in 2006 . He showed an impressive performance in the film HerzHaft , in which, as a football coach, he has a gay and erotic relationship with a 15-year-old student. In 2007 the film received the audience award at the 18th Lesbian and Gay Film Days in Hamburg. In 2008 Cacciapuoti starred in the short film Dunkelrot , which in 2008 received the short film award at the Max Ophüls Prize .

Cacciapuoti had theater engagements at the Theater am Kurfürstendamm in Berlin, at the Tribüne in Berlin, at the Altonaer Theater in Hamburg , at the comedy Winterhuder Fährhaus in Hamburg, at the Theater an der Kö in Düsseldorf , and at the Fritz-Remond-Theater in Frankfurt am Main . In 2001 Cacciapuoti played successfully at the Theater am Kürstendamm together with Maria Sebaldt , Chariklia Baxevanos , Peer Schmidt and Jürgen Thormann in the comedy What counts is the family .

In 2008 he played the role of Willi Appeldorn at the Mecklenburg State Theater in Schwerin in a stage version based on motifs from the film Great Freedom No. 7 . From 2008 to 2010 Cacciapuoti performed the recitals men procurement measures and Pasta e Basta at the Hamburger Kammerspiele .
