Halina Kanasz-Wozny (* 30th January 1953 in Henryków ) is a former Polish luger .

Halina Kanasz started for MBKS Śnieżka Karpacz when she was active . In the first half of the 1970s, the toboggan runner from the Polish tobogganing stronghold of Karpacz was one of the world's best athletes in her sport. She took part in the 1972 Winter Olympics in Sapporo and came in sixth place with her compatriot Wiesława Martyka . She celebrated her greatest success at the 1974 European Luge Championships in Imst , winning the silver medal behind Margit Schumann and ahead of Ute Rührold . A year later Kanasz was able to get behind Schumann and in OlangEva-Maria Wernicke won another European Championship medal with bronze. At her second Olympic Games in Innsbruck in 1976 she reached 14th place.
