Hamid Kahram
Hamid Kahram ( Persian حمید کهرام, * 1958 ; † March 19, 2020 ) was an Iranian politician .
Life
Kahram holds a PhD in veterinary medicine . From 2000 to 2004 he represented the city of Ahvaz in the Majles , the Iranian parliament. He was also Director General in the Iranian Ministry of Science, Research and Technology.
During the 2017 presidential election in Iran , he led the election campaign for incumbent President Hassan Rouhani in Khuzestan Province .
He died in March 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic in Iran as a result of a SARS-CoV-2 infection.
