Hamidreza Bashirian (born August 24, 1994 ) is an Iranian grass skier . He took part in the Junior World Championship in 2010 and started in the World Cup for the first time in the same year .

Career

Bashirian has so far only participated in grass ski competitions in Dizin in his home country. His first international event was the Junior World Championship in 2010 , in which he finished 23rd and 29th in the Super Combined and Super G as the penultimate, while he was disqualified in slalom and giant slalom for peat errors in the second round. He also took part in a World Cup giant slalom that was held at the same time in Dizin, but in which he was unable to qualify for the second run. After not taking part in any competitions in 2011, Bashirian started in three FIS races in July 2012 , in which he once finished in the top ten. On August 25 of the same year he took part again in a World Cup giant slalom, in which he finished 20th and thus won his first World Cup points. In the overall World Cup of the 2012 season , he was 56.
