The Hamilton Glacier is a 19 km glacier in the Ross Dependency of Antarctica . In the Queen Elizabeth Range of the Transantarctic Mountains, it flows from the northwest slopes of the Markham Plateau in a northerly direction to the Nimrod Glacier .
The northern group of the 1960 to 1961 campaign as part of the New Zealand Geological Survey Antarctic Expedition named him after William Maxwell Hamilton (1909-1992) of the New Zealand Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR).
