Hamm Peak is a small, rocky and 151 m high mountain on the Ingrid Christensen coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth Land . It rises immediately south of Strover Peak and 10 km west-northwest of Mount Caroline Mikkelsen .
Norwegian cartographers mapped it using aerial photographs from the Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 . The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after George F. Hamm, head of Mawson Station in 1968, who had set up a surveying station on the mountain .
