The Hannah peak is around 1100  m high and pointed mountain in the West Antarctic Queen Elizabeth Land . In the Pensacola Mountains it rises 3 km north-northeast of Walker Peak at the southwest end of the Dufek massif .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after the construction electrician James L. Hannah, who was one of the winter crews at Ellsworth Station belonged in 1957 and on McMurdo Station in 1961.
