Hannelore Klamm (born January 13, 1949 in Ludwigshafen am Rhein ) is a German SPD politician .

Klamm was a member of the state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate from 1994 to 2014 and vice -president of the state parliament from 2006 to 2014. She represented constituency 37 ( mother city ).

Job, education and family

Klamm attended grammar school from 1959 to 1965. From 1965 to 1970 she worked as an employee at the Postscheckamt Ludwigshafen and passed the civil service examination for the middle service in 1970 . From 1979 to 1995 she was chairwoman of the German Postal Union . In 1994 he was promoted to the higher service .

Hannelore Klamm is widowed and has a son.

politics

Klamm joined the SPD in 1969 and since 1973 has participated in the Working Group of Social Democratic Women (AsF) and Working Group for Employee Issues (AfA). In 1980 Hannelore Klamm became a member of the SPD board in Mutterstadt. From 1989 she was a member of the Mutterstadt municipal council , five years later Klamm became the deputy chairwoman of the local SPD association in Mutterstadt and was appointed parliamentary group manager of the municipal council. She entered the state parliament of Rhineland-Palatinate in 1994 . Three years later, was Klamm chairman of the SPD faction in the City Council Mutterstadt, 1999, he was appointed as Deputy Chairman of the SPD faction in the council Ludwigshafen . Since 2000 Klamm has also been deputy subdistrict chairwoman in Ludwigshafen / Frankenthal .

From 2006 Klamm held the office of Vice President of the Rhineland-Palatinate state parliament. In the legislative period from 2006 onwards she was a member of the committees for media and multimedia, for European issues, in the council of elders of the state parliament and a member of the executive committee of the SPD parliamentary group.
