Hanns Specht
Johannes ( Hanns ) Karl August Wilhelm Specht (born January 1, 1888 in Posen , † May 31, 1985 in Neustadt am Rübenberge ) was a German administrative lawyer.
Life
Specht was a son of the Imperial Judge Felix Specht . He studied law in Cambridge, Heidelberg and Kiel and passed the legal traineeship in 1910. During his studies he became a member of the Corps Vandalia in Heidelberg . In 1912 Specht became a government trainee in Gdansk. From 1914 to 1918 he took part in the First World War as a first lieutenant in the reserve in the 7th Reserve Dragoon Regiment and in the staff of the 21st Reserve Division. In 1919 he became a government assessor in the Ministry of the Interior in Berlin, in 1922 a councilor in Merseburg, and in 1923 a councilor at the state finance office in Hamburg. From 1934 he was district administrator of the Neustadt am Rübenberge district .
