Felix Woodpecker
Ernst August Felix Specht (born February 14, 1850 in Fraustadt ; † in the 20th century) was a German judge .
Life
After graduating from high school in 1868, the son of pastor Johannes Specht studied law in Berlin at the grammar school in Groß-Glogau . During his studies in 1868 he became a member of the Berlin fraternity Arminia . In 1872 the Prussian citizen was sworn in and entered civil service. In 1877 he became district judge and in 1879 district judge. He was active in Graetz and Posen . In 1881 he was appointed district judge. He worked as a district judge in Ostrowo and Posen. In 1890 he was promoted to district judge and in 1893 to chamber judge . In 1903 he came to the Imperial Court. He was active in the VII Civil Senate . In 1922 he retired. Hanns Specht was his son.
