Hanns von Zobeltitz
Hanns Caspar von Zobeltitz (born September 9, 1853 at Spiegelberg Castle, today: Poźrzadło ; † April 4, 1918 in Bad Oeynhausen ) was a German writer , editor and publisher .
Life
His father was a landlord on Spiegelberg in der Neumark , his younger brother Fedor was also a writer and editor. Zobeltitz was an officer from 1872 to 1890 and in 1890 became editor of Daheim and Velhagen and Klasing's monthly magazines . He wrote numerous entertainment novels, vividly described his home in the Brandenburg region and the Berlin of his time. His best work is the novel Der Alte auf Topper (1915), in which he processed memories of his youth.
Zobeltitz also published under the pseudonyms Flatterer ; Max E. Conried and Hans von Spie (ge) lberg / Hans von Spielberg and Der Meergreis .
His son was the writer Hans-Caspar von Zobeltitz .
