Hans-Dieter Wagner

Hans-Dieter Wagner (born June 8, 1956 ) is a German police officer and police chief in Reutlingen from 2014 to 2016 .

Professional background

In 1975 Hans-Dieter Wagner took up the police service of the state police of Baden-Württemberg in the middle service . In 1980 he was promoted to the higher service , in 1989 to the higher service . He spent the years from 1989 to 1991 in the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of the Interior . In 1991 he switched to the riot police in Göppingen and became deputy head of department 2. In 1994 he returned to the Ministry of the Interior and stayed there until 1996. Then he took over the management of the riot police in Göppingen until 2004. That year he switched to the state police in Stuttgart , as head of police duties, and later as Head of unit 64 (management and use) the regional council of Stuttgart. In July 2006 he took over the management of the Esslingen Police Department . From 2013 he was head of the “Reutlingen Police Headquarters” project.

In 2014 Hans-Dieter Wagner became police chief in Reutlingen. At the end of November 2016, Hans-Dieter Wagner went into retirement. Alexander Pick became his successor.
