Hans-Günter Ziesche

Hans-Günter Ziesche (born May 28, 1935 in Stolberg (Rhld.) ; † January 20, 2012 there ) was a German politician ( SPD ).

Live and act

Until his retirement, Hans-Günter Ziesche worked in a managerial position at the ALP plus company health insurance fund for almost 40 years .

In 1961 Hans-Günter Zische joined the SPD. Three years later he was elected to the city council of Stolberg (Rhld.). Here he was, among other things, head of the audit committee.

From 1972 he was also a member of the then Aachen district council . Here, too, he was chairman of the local audit committee for many years. From June 1975 to September 1979 Hans-Günter Ziesche was deputy chairman of the SPD parliamentary group.

He was also a lay judge at the Aachen Regional Court , a member of the Supervisory Board of the Marienhöhe District Hospital and a member of the shareholders' meeting of the Grenzlandtheater of the Aachen district .

Hans-Günter Ziesche was honored with the Federal Cross of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for his services .

Hans-Günter Ziesche succumbed to cancer on January 20, 2012. He was married with a wife and a son.
