Hans-Georg Kraus (born October 25, 1949 ) is a former German soccer player and coach.

Career

Kraus played for Fortuna Dusseldorf in the Bundesliga from 1972 , his first game he played in the 1972/73 season on the 24th match day at the home game against MSV Duisburg . For Fortuna, Kraus played nine times in the Bundesliga in two seasons, after which he moved to the new league tennis Borussia Berlin . With the Berliners, he was relegated to the 2nd Bundesliga in his first year as seventeenth in the table , and was immediately promoted again in the following season. In his second Bundesliga year for Berlin, the seventeenth place in the table was also reached and Kraus suffered the second relegation. He stayed in the 2nd Bundesliga for another year.
