Hans-Helmut Trense (born August 17, 1940 in Kiel ) is a former German long jumper .
At the Olympic Games in Tokyo in 1964, he was eliminated in qualification, and at the European Athletics Cup in Stuttgart in 1965 , he was third.
He set his personal best of 7.81 m on August 11, 1965 in Augsburg .
Hans-Helmut Trense started for Holstein Kiel .
