Hans-Jürgen Gerhardt (medical doctor)

Hans-Jürgen Gerhardt (born May 22, 1928 in Gnesen ; † November 28, 2010 ) was a German physician.

Career

Hans-Jürgen Gerhardt was in Berlin in 1952 with the work on the distribution and arrangement of cold points situated symmetrically skin Dr. med. PhD . From 1968 he was a lecturer and in 1971 was appointed professor for Oto-Rhino-Laryngology at the Humboldt University in Berlin. In 1974 he also took over as director of the ENT clinic in the medicine department of the university at the Charité .

In 1980 Gerhardt was awarded the GDR National Prize. From June 16, 1988 to July 7, 1992 he was a corresponding member of the Berlin Academy of Sciences .
