Hans-Jürgen Schupp (born December 12, 1954 in Wetzlar ), grew up in Leun an der Lahn, is a German parodist and voice imitator .

Life

Schupp, discovered by the film and television director Dieter Pröttel , began his television career in 1979 in the ZDF broadcast Would you have time for us today . This was followed by regular radio and television appearances , including 1980 in Musik ist Trumpf, as well as regular live performances at home and abroad. He had his breakthrough with the WDR production Hurra Deutschland , when he dubbed almost all male dolls without interruption from 1989 to 2003.

Schupp received the specialist media awards in 1997 and 2005 in the imitation / parody category and in 2006 in the moderation category . In addition to his artistic work, Schupp has been an independent lawyer since 1987. He is the father of three daughters.

In 2010, Schupp was awarded the GEDU Verlag International Show Prize in the Parody category.

Schupp was proposed in 2019 by the AfD parliamentary group in the Hessian state parliament as a member of the Hessian state court .
