Hans-Joachim Braun (politician)

Hans-Joachim Braun (born November 28, 1950 in Neubrandenburg ; † February 5, 2011 ) was a German politician ( SPD ) and a member of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania state parliament from 1990 to 1994.

Hans-Joachim Braun completed school in Neubrandenburg in 1969 with the Abitur. He also completed an apprenticeship as an agricultural engineer. He then studied pedagogy at the Güstrow University of Education until 1973, graduating as a qualified teacher for polytechnics and works.

He was elected to the Wolgast district council in 1990 and served as its deputy president. In the state elections in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in 1990 , he received a mandate on the state list.

He was a member of the Wolgast city ​​council until his death.
