Hans-Joachim Franke

Hans-Joachim Franke (born July 18, 1939 in Breslau ) is a German politician ( CDU ). From 2000 to 2005 he was a member of the state parliament in North Rhine-Westphalia .

Life and work

After attending school and graduating from high school , he studied law at the University of Cologne . Franke passed the first and second state exams and received his doctorate in 1969. He then worked as a civil servant in Leverkusen and Bensberg and in Bergisch Gladbach . In Bergisch Gladbach, Franke was city ​​director from July 11, 1995 to September 30, 1999 . He has been working as a lawyer since 2000 .

Franke has been a member of the CDU since 1971. He was represented in numerous party bodies.

From June 2, 2000 to June 2, 2005 Franke was a member of the state parliament of North Rhine-Westphalia. He was directly elected in constituency 026 Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis III.
