Hans-Joachim Reis (born February 12, 1926 in Wimmelburg , Mansfelder Seekreis ) is a German CDU politician .

Hans-Joachim Reis attended elementary school and high school, where he passed the Abitur. After studying economics and social sciences at the University of Münster, he became a graduate economist. From 1954 he worked as an employee in an industrial company.

Hans-Joachim Reis has been a member of the CDU since 1952. From March 1961 he became a member of the Bielefeld City Council.
From July 25, 1966 to May 27, 1975, Hans-Joachim Reis was a member of the 6th and 7th state parliaments of North Rhine-Westphalia , which he entered via the state list.
