Hans-Stefan Kruse

Hans-Stefan Kruse (* 1940 in Bielefeld ) is a former German ambassador . Most recently he was permanent representative of Germany to the OECD from 2002 to 2004

Life

After completing his studies with a dissertation, Hans-Stefan Kruse joined the Foreign Service.

From 1971 to 1977 Hans-Stefan Kruse was economic advisor at the Consulate General in Madras / India . He broke in Madras later in Bonn , Reinhart Bindseil in its tasks from.

Hans-Stefan Kruse was with effect from 17 April 1979 by Counselor transported first class to the presenting Legationsrat. Until August 1979 he was employed in Section 100 General Personnel Matters. He was then employed in Section 310 “Middle East” at 310-9 “European-Arab Dialogue”.

In 1990, as Head of Division 110 (Organization), Kruse was involved in talks on future cooperation with the GDR Foreign Ministry.

From 2002 to 2004 Kruse was Permanent Representative of Germany to the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) in Paris .
