Reinhart Bindseil

Reinhart Bindseil (born September 19, 1935 in Liegnitz , Silesia) is a former German ambassador .

Life

Reinhart Bindseil made in July 1953 in Delitzsch in Leipzig his high school . From 1953 to 1954 he completed an apprenticeship as a locksmith in Offenbach am Main . In May 1954 he did a post-graduation in Frankfurt am Main . From November 1954 to June 1958, Bindseil studied law . In June 1958 he passed the first state examination in law in Heidelberg . From 1959 to 1960 he went on a study trip to Singapore, mainly by hitchhiking . Bindseil was a visiting student in Lucknow , India. From 1961 to 1962 he was a scholarship holder of the German Academic Exchange Service at the University of Singapore , where he became a Master of Law . His work was a comparative study of German and Malaysian constitutional law. In January 1965, he passed the second state examination in law at the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court . He was appointed at the University of Heidelberg Doctor of Law doctorate . His subject was from foreclosure and bankruptcy law.

Reinhart Bindseil is married and has three children.

Act

In April 1966, Bindseil joined the foreign service . He was accredited in Tunis , Madras and Tokyo. In Madras he was an economic consultant until 1971. From 1974 to 1977 and from 1980 to 1983 he was employed in the personnel department in Bonn. From 1977 to 1980 he was ambassador to Jean-Bédel Bokassa in Bangui , in the Central African Empire . From 1984 to 1988 he was ambassador to Kigali , Rwanda. From 1988 to 1992 he headed the civil law unit in the legal department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From 1993 to 1995 he was employed as an inspector of the German diplomatic missions abroad. From 1996 to 2000 he was ambassador to Tashkent in Uzbekistan. He was retired in October 2000 .
