Hans Belle
Hans Belle (* around 1910; † after 1949) was a German jazz and entertainment musician ( guitar ).
Life
From 1933 Belle was a member of the accordionist Kubi Kretschma's bar trio (with Bert Waldemar, piano), who played "passable" swing music according to their own arrangements and a number of jazz standards such as "Some of These Days", " Caravan ", " Limehouse Blues ", Recorded “ Tiger Rag ” for Polydor ; in the following years he played in the dance and entertainment orchestras of Erhard Bauschke and Hans Rehmstedt . During the war years, the Bar Trio made further recordings (with Guus Janssen, among othersand Fred Tilling). In the field of jazz he was involved in 33 recording sessions from 1933 to 1949, most recently shortly before the end of the war in Prague in the German Dance and Entertainment Orchestra under the direction of Willi Stech ("Powerhouse").
