Hans Diem

Hans Diem (born March 1, 1949 ) is a politician ( SVP ). From 1998 to 2013 he was a member of the government of the Swiss canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden . From 2011 to 2013 he was also Landammann (District President). He headed the Department of Security and Justice (today: Department of Home Affairs and Security).
