Hans Erlewin

Hans Erlewin or Erlewein was mayor of the imperial city of Heilbronn in 1424 .

Family history

The Erlewin family from Heilbronn was first mentioned in 1342 with Erlewin the Elder. In 1349 the name Konrad Erlewin appears and in 1378 Hans Erlewin. Hans Erlewin is often mentioned in connection with Hans Erer the Elder . From this it can be concluded that both were mayors together until 1428. Walter and Eitel Erlewin the parents of Hans Erlewin (?) Received a fief from Count Eberhard the Greiner von Wirtemberg.

On May 25, 1424, a certificate from Hans Erlewin as mayor is sealed.
