Hans George von Osterhausen
Hans George von Osterhausen († 1603 ) was the electoral Saxon captain of the offices of Weißenfels, Freyburg and Eckartsberga, owner of the manors Gatterstädt , Gleina and Rudelsburg .
He is the son of Hans von Osterhausen auf Gatterstädt and started an administrative career. For a while he was governor of Leipzig .
He was married to Catharina geb. Bose from Frankleben . His sons included the manor owner Georg Sebastian von Osterhausen (1575–1650), Melchior and the Schleswig-Holstein court official and chef Johann Georg von Osterhausen . The cathedral provost and court judge Johann Siegmund von Osterhausen is his grandson.
