Hans Gerd Hesse
Hans Gerd Hesse (* 2. November 1931 , † 11. October 1985 ) was a doctor of German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court .
Life
Hesse, who previously worked as a senior judge at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court , was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice with effect from January 13, 1976; until his death on October 15, 1985 he was a member of the 10th Civil Senate . With numerous publications, Hesse has emerged primarily in the field of commercial legal protection, but also construction law and antitrust law .
