Hans Haager

Hans Haager (born November 22, 1890 in Salzburg , † January 23, 1981 in Kremsmünster ) was an Austrian mill and agricultural owner and politician ( ÖVP ). Haager was a member of the Austrian National Council from 1945 to 1949 . In addition, he emerged as a dialect poet.

Life

Haager attended elementary school in Pfarrkirchen and then switched to grammar school in Kremsmünster and Wels. He graduated from high school in 1910 and studied at the agricultural college in Berlin in the department of technical trade institute for fermentation industry between 1913 and 1914. He completed his training as a qualified master brewer.

Haager was an intern in various breweries from 1911 to 1912 and, through his marriage in 1919, came into the possession of the Neumühle near Bad Hall. He became guild master of the Müller Upper Austria and was the guild master of the Müller Upper Austria. In 1945 he also held the office of Vice Mayor of Bad Hall. Haager was a member of the National Council between December 19, 1945 and November 8, 1949.
