Hans Hunold

Hans Hunold (born December 21, 1939 in Zurich ; † March 6, 2009 there) was a Swiss painter , sculptor and graphic artist . He was known for his artistic design of public buildings.

life and work

Hunold attended the arts and crafts school in Zurich. His teacher was among others the glass painter Heinrich Müller (1903-1978). He then taught at the arts and crafts school and worked as a part-time teacher at canton schools. In addition to his teaching activities, he was active as a freelance artist. Occasionally, works by Hunold are offered in the auction trade.
