Hans Krause-Dietering

Hans Krause-Dietering (born September 11, 1911 in Berlin ; † July 14, 1976 there ) was a German factory director, engineering school teacher and manager.

After Hans Krause had completed an apprenticeship as a precision mechanic at Siemens & Halske , he studied electrical engineering from 1930–1933 at the Beuth-Schule technical college with an engineering degree. While he worked in the Army Technical Office from 1934 to 1945 , he studied mechanical engineering again at the Technical University and obtained the degree of Dipl. Ing.

With his wife Herta, geb. Dietering, he had his son Bernd, who was born in Halle / Saale in August 1943 .

After the war, the government building officer a. D. initially as a telegraph worker and soon afterwards as a specialist teacher at a vocational school. 1947–1949 he was department head in an office for economic planning in East Berlin and for the following five years a managerial employee, most recently factory manager at DeTeWe .

Around 1954 he was appointed to the engineering school of the Deutsche Bundespost Berlin (later the technical college of the Deutsche Bundespost Berlin ), where he took over the field of production engineering. In addition, from 1955 to 1968 he was a lecturer in the field of industrial metrology at the Gauß engineering school . He was promoted to chief post director and, as the temporary head of the educational institution, was also appointed deputy head of the office. His successor was Uwe Rabenhorst in 1972 .
