Hans Kulhanek

Hans Kulhanek (born February 12, 1906 in Vienna , † April 16, 1996 in Wolkersdorf in the Weinviertel ) was an Austrian politician ( ÖVP ) as well as gingerbread and confectioner. From 1958 to 1970 he was a member of the Austrian National Council .

After elementary school, Kulhanek attended a secondary school and then completed a high school graduate course at a commercial academy . After that, Kulhanek studied political science for two semesters. Kulhanek worked professionally as a gingerbread maker and confectioner, where he was appointed to the Council of Commerce in 1954 and in the same year became Federal Confectioner Guild Master. He was also the chairman of the control committee of the Austrian Cooperative Association and represented the ÖVP in the National Council between October 24, 1958 and March 31, 1970.
