Hans Peter Pawlik

Hans Peter Pawlik (* before 1979; † January 2, 2012 in Vienna ) was an Austrian railway painter and author.

Life

As an author, alone or together with Josef Otto Slezak and others, he wrote several books and illustrated books on the history of the railways in Austria. As a painter he was best known for his historical motifs from the southern railway . Several of his pictures serve as illustrations for railway books published by Slezak and articles in the magazine Eisenbahnverkehr aktuell . In June 2008 an exhibition was dedicated to his paintings in Pernegg, Styria .
