Hans Tesch (writer)
Hans Tesch (born January 23, 1918 in Strasburg (Uckermark) , † October 16, 1980 ) was a German teacher and writer .
Life
In addition to his work as a teacher, Hans Tesch also studied German mysticism , especially the complete works of Jakob Böhme . After serving in the war as a gunner in dive bombers, he was an elementary school teacher in Dörsdorf from 1946 to 1964 and an organist in the Protestant parish. During this time he had contact with Hans Sterneder , whom he invited to the elementary school as a guest. From 1964 he worked as a teacher in Lindau (Lake Constance) . In 1976 he received the Georg Dehio Prize for Art and Intellectual History .
In 1980 Hans Tesch died of a heart attack while visiting his daughter in Lower Saxony .
