Haqqulobod is a city in the Uzbek province of Namangan in the Fergana Valley and the capital of the Norin district .

The city is located about 80 km southeast of the provincial capital Namangan on the eastern border of the Namangan province. Haqqulobod has a station on the Uchqoʻrgʻon - Andijon line of the Uzbek Railways ( Oʻzbekiston Temir Yoʻllari ).

In 1974 Haqqulobod received city status. According to the 1989 population census, the city had 19,926 inhabitants, according to a calculation for 2010, the population was 28,344.
