Harald Schneider (born May 3, 1952 in Würzburg ) is a German politician ( SPD ). He was state chairman of the police union in Bavaria and was elected to the Bavarian state parliament on September 28, 2008 via the SPD list in Lower Franconia . There he was a member of the Committee for Local Affairs and Internal Security. He was security policy spokesman for the SPD parliamentary group and meanwhile honorary chairman of the Bavarian police union.
