Harald Veith Friedrich Schultes (born April 21, 1960 in Kaufbeuren , Allgäu ; † July 9, 2019 ) was a German restaurateur , celebrity chef , entrepreneur and author .

Career

Schultes became known through publications, his cooking schools in Munich , television reports and media reports. Awarded a Michelin star for his hotel / restaurant "Neue Post" in Biessenhofen from 1982 to 1996, he was the first German Executive Guest Chef in the White House in Washington DC under Presidents George HW Bush and Bill Clinton . Since 1998, Harald Schultes has established himself with his cooking schools in Munich with the motto: "Everyone can become a star in their own kitchen!"
