Harlis was a rock band from Hanover that was founded in 1974. Harlis included a. also members of early Scorpions and Jane formations .
Harlis released two albums. The debut album , Harlis , is said to be similar to Jane's style but less heavy. The follow-up album, Night Meets the Day , is a concept album that takes place in the maritime / pirate environment and was recorded using the artificial head technology that was current at the time . I.a. The instrumental final piece Endless Sea contains an arrangement of the folk song Winde wehen, Stürmezug .
