Haro Ayldisna (also Haro Aldesna , * unknown; † around 1390) was chief of Groß-Faldern .

In 1378 he and other chiefs donated the Dykhusen monastery near Visquard and installed sisters from Reide there. His castle in Faldern was destroyed by Hisko Abdena von Emden. According to Ubbo Emmius , as an old man, Hisko had him executed in Emden while Ocko I tom Brok was still alive. According to other sources, he was still alive in 1400.

The coat of arms of the chiefs of Faldern shows three golden lilies (2: 1) in the blue field.

He was married to Elborg, Ocko I. tom Brok's sister.
