The Harper Rocks are reef rocks off the Loubet coast of Graham Land on the Antarctic Peninsula . They are located 1.5 km from Detaille Island and north of the Marshall Shoals 4.3 m below sea level in the entrance to Lallemand Fjord .

It was named by the UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee in 2015. It is named after John R. Harper, captain of the RRS Ernest Shackleton serving the British Antarctic Survey from March 2006.
