Harriet Koehler

Harriet Köhler (born May 5, 1977 in Munich ) is a German writer .

life and work

Köhler studied art history and attended the German School of Journalism in Munich. During her studies, she attended a course for war reporters in the Bundeswehr in 2001 . Afterwards Köhler worked as a freelance writer for Die Zeit , the Tagesspiegel , GQ , Neon , the Zündfunk des Bayerischen Rundfunks , the music broadcaster MTV and as a restaurant critic for the Süddeutsche Zeitung . In 2007 her novel Ostersonntag was published , which was premiered in a drama version at the Dresden State Theater in the same year .

Köhler lives in Berlin.
