The Harrow peaks are a group of rugged mountains on the Borchgrevink Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the eastern part of the Random Hills they tower over the northwestern foothills of Wood Bay and are limited to the north by the Clausnitzer glacier and to the east by the Tinker glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped them on the basis of own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from the years 1955 to 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named them in 1968 after the American biologist Geoffrey N. Harrow, who worked from 1965 to 1966 the McMurdo station was active.
