The Harrowfield Hill is about 95 m high and ice-free hill on Inexpressible Iceland in the Terra Nova Bay on the Scott Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It extends in the southeast of the island in a north-south orientation over a length of 1.7 km.
The New Zealand Geographic Board named it in 2018 after archaeologist David Harrowfield, who spent 40 years preserving historic sites in Antarctica .
