Harry Czeke
Harry Czeke (born April 1, 1961 in Tangermünde ) is a German politician of the party Die Linke and a member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt .
Life and work
Harry Czeke attended the Polytechnic High School from 1967 to 1975 and the Extended High School followed by 1979 . His training as an agricultural - engineer , he finished in the field of animal production in 1985 and worked until 1990 as an area, department and deputy manager of the agricultural cooperative (LPG) in Schlagenthin . After the German reunification he took over the position of the manager of the agricultural cooperative Schlagenthin e. G. He has been a member of the cooperative since 2005.
Politics / party
Czeke only joined the PDS in 2002 .
From 1990 to 1996 he was a member of the Schlagenthin municipal council . Since 1999 he has been a member of the city council and parliamentary group chairman of the PDS in the city council of Genthin . Since 2004 he has also been chairman of the city council.

Since 1994 (2nd electoral period ), Czeke has been a member of the state parliament of Saxony-Anhalt, elected via the state list . He sits for his parliamentary group in the Committee on Federal and European Affairs and the Media and in the Committee on Food, Agriculture and Forestry.
